Confirmed reservations are made for a specific room type with either a King, Queen, Two Queens, King Bed and Pullout Couch, or a King and Queen bed. We cannot guarantee a specific room, but will make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.

All bookings require a valid credit card. We do not take cash payments.

All rack rates are for double occupancy. All extra people *up to a total of 3 people per room, or 4 people per suite* in existing beds, are subject to a charge of $30/night.  Rollaways may be available, for $30/night. Please call ahead for availability. In extenuating circumstances, we may allow a 5th person in a suite, for a charge of $50/night. Call ahead  if you need to accommodate a larger party. 

All reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking. The first night’s rent, plus tax, is non-refundable. Stays cancelled within 7 days of arrival are completely non-refundable. Bookings shortened during your stay will be charged the amended final night’s rent, plus tax, and one additional night’s rent plus tax.

The Beach Bungalow Inn and Suites generally accepts one-night reservations for Sunday through Thursday. Weekend reservations often require a minimum two-day stay during peak seasons, special events and holidays. 

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and requires a valid credit card and matching photo identification. Should you arrive early, please be prepared to enjoy our many local attractions until your room is ready. Should you be arriving late, we will arrange for your late check-in. Call us beforehand with any special requests.

Our check-out time is 11:00 AM daily. We may be able to accommodate a late check-out, subject to our schedule. A late check-out charge of $50 may apply. 

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Any breach of any laws or the property rules may result in your reservation being cancelled at any time, no refunds given. 

All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted by the fire pit only.  A fee of $500 will apply for smoking in the rooms. 

We go out of our way to offer premium linens, and 100% towels and robes, at no extra cost to you. Please treat them kindly. We realize that regular wear is unavoidable, but misuse of linens must be charged. If you have a special cleaning need (bicycles, shoes, etc.) we will be happy to offer you some of our high-quality microfiber cloths or heavy-duty rags or shammies. 

PET POLICY: - Dogs only! 

**Please call ahead to confirm your dog-friendly accommodation** 

The pet fee is $30/night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs/room. Please be advised: not all rooms are pet friendly! Not all rooms can comfortably accommodate 2 larger dogs! 

Dogs are not to be left unattended anywhere on the property, at any time.

Please pick up after your dog. Bags are available at the front office. 

***Some of our guests have allergies to pets. Our Hypoallergenic Rooms are reserved for them, and a cleaning fee of at least $200 will be charged if a pet is allowed to enter those rooms. We can guarantee neither a pet-friendly nor a hypoallergenic room unless you contact us prior to booking.***


We are not responsible for lost or stolen or forgotten items. 

If you have forgotten an item, let us know at once. We will do our best to search, but we cannot guarantee that we will find the item. If found, the easiest way to ensure its return is to look up your preferred parcel service and send us a prepaid call tag.

If you are unable to do this, we may be able to send your items at our convenience, by USPS only. The postal fees, plus $10 handling, will be placed on the credit card you authorize. 

We do our best to ensure that items left at our property are kept and labeled appropriately, and when possible, we will hold onto your items for up to 3 months maximum. Sorry, we will not hold socks, shoes, or underclothes for any length of time. 


We take your online privacy seriously. Our online booking portal is secure, and we do not sell or swap your email or other information with anyone, ever. If you feel safer calling us with your information, please do so between the hours of 10Am and 6PM, Pacific Time. 

We will never ask you for, nor accept, your credit card number over email. We welcome your phone calls (and in rare cases, a fax).
